Limited Warranty

Sena Cases products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. We warrant to the original purchaser that its product will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of the original invoice. Under no circumstances, the warranty will apply after this time (all other products, including belt clips, clip tabs, and mirrors have a 30 day limited warranty). This limited warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations, unauthorized product repairs, and damage while in transit to Sena Cases. Further, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased from Sena Cases. The guarantee will begin the date the original invoice and will only run for the same model originally purchased. To apply for a benefit you should contact Sena Cases customer support by writing an e-mail to support@senacases.com to become acquainted with specific details. The Sena Cases product purchase must be legitimated by an order number and an invoice.

Sena Cases reserves the right to repair or replace the product if limited warranty applies.
